October Safety Council Meeting – Flame Retardant Clothing
Please join us for our 3rd Ross County Safety Council meeting of the year on October 10th from 11:15am-1:00pm at the Adena PACCAR Medical Education Center (446 Hospital Rd. in Chillicothe). Food will be catered by Elegant Eats and served at 11:15am. The menu items this month will be: pork roast, tossed salad, and coleslaw. Presentation will immediately follow at 12pm-1pm.

Topic: Flame Retardant Equipment
Sophia Dixon is a Bulwark Certified Trainer who works directly with customers in developing and implementing image programs through VF branded products; including Flame Resistant Clothing programs specific to the customer’s hazards.
She is a professional advisor with over 10 years experience in providing businesses with insight about sales processes and product knowledge. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, golfing and cooking.
The training is detailed to Care and Maintenance of Fire Resistant Clothing. There is still a lot of misleading, inaccurate and incorrect information regarding Selecting the proper FR/AR Clothing, how to properly wear, care for and maintain FR/AR Clothing.
She has successfully conducted trainings at:
Toledo Safety Council
Cincinnati Safety Council
Oil and Gas Safety council
Delaware Safety Council
Ashtabula Safety Council.
